I sent a letter to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2021 letter about inaccurate and unverifiable items on my credit report. It has been over 45 days and I have not received a response from anyone. I am sypmathetic to the Delta varient increase, but I feel like my dispute letters are being ignored and that I am being taken advantage of because I am not a major corporation. You know this better than I, but Section 611 ( a ), it plainly says that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. Since it has been over 45 days these items should be deleted immediately. I demand these accounts be deleted accordingly. You are my hope to resolve this matter without litigation, but I am prepare to file for litigation due to the stress this is causing me. I am trying to apply for a mortgage and this is preventing me from doing so. My information was impacted by the Equifax data breach I am demanding that all items on my credit report is validated with PROOF, not statement printouts. PLEASE HELP remove, delete and update the items I disputed in my letters to be handled by the instructions of the accounts and be removed from my credit report immediately. Please intervene and assist me with this request. Thanks!
