The mortgage company has not contacted me regarding assuming the loan after my husband 's death but they have spoken to an unauthorized third party - the office at our mobile home park - and told them that they are " evicting me ''. I already complained in another complaint yesterday about the lawsuit they filed against me for occupancy. As a result of them speaking with the unauthorized third party I received a phone call from Texas Rental Relief about my application for funds for the back rent. Texas Rental Relief stated that the office at the mobile home park is refusing to accept funds for the back rent because the mortgage company told them they were " evicting '' me. In fact they are attempting to illegally gain occupancy by not allowing me access to loss mitigation and not assisting me with assuming the loan. Now I am not only being denied assistance with loss mitigation with regards to my home but also being denied access to federal funding made available for people suffering from financial impact due to Covid-19.
