I had a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Credit Card, I had to file a bankruptcy and out of the XXXX XXXX reported to Equifax that I was Deceased. I have pulled other credit reports and XXXX is listed but only reported to Equifax that I was deceased. I contacted Equifax and that is how I found out. I did what Equifax asked and sent them information. I also sent the Information to XXXX. Each time I contact Equifax it ends up with me getting so upset -- first they said they received the paperwork and I believe they did as they started reporting my credit for a week or so. Then they were back to not reporting. So I called again and they said that XXXX had once again reported me deceased and they were reporting it monthly. I went round and round with Equifax and they keep me temp locked out of my account -- I filed a dispute like they told me but then can't get back in to check. Each time you call them you get a different person and they all say different things. I have talked with XXXX and they helped me out after I sent paperwork. I have messages in my XXXX account where they said they sent the info to Equifax in XXXX of 2021 and yet Equifax ( XXXX ) told me just yesterday they have not received anything from XXXX -- but then again he told me that I never sent them anything either -- but I did. He was of no help, would not even try to get me online to my account, it ended up badly with me cursing before I hung up. I called back today and got a woman, I could not understand her and she would not repeat her name. She said she would start a dispute for me over the phone after she got me signed back into my account. First of all she had the e mail wrong -- not sure how after they have sent me stuff forever but today magically it was wrong. When I corrected her she then said that she could not let me in the account as my e mail was registered to XXXX ( XXXX ) but I told her it is not, I had this e mail way before I was married to XXXX -- we even went online to double check that somehow he was not attached to it and he is not -- all info is in my name -- the account was made years ago. Then she went on to say that the Equifax account was also in XXXX 's name -- it is not. I made the account to deal with this issue. I keep getting the run around. I complained to the XXXX and Equifax came on with the same ole same ole saying that I need to call them or to sign in online -- neither of those help and I have called multiple times only for them to say I have not called and I still can not get online. I just want Equifax to check this -- all the other credit agencies are reporting my credit correctly -- XXXX has reported to them and I do not see anyplace other then Equifax that it says I am deceased. I believe that Equifax got the information from me and XXXX but for whatever reason they are not fixing the problem.
