Credit Report states as of XX/XX/XXXX : Account delinquent 180 days past due date : Unpaid balance reported as a loss by credit Guarantor. Account closed by credit grantor : Last paid XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has been mailing me settlement statements for settlement in the amount of {$6800.00} in 8 payments of {$760.00} and 1 payment of XXXX. Now, I have started receiving letters from Revco with a threat of judgment in the amount of {$15000.00}. In addition, they have been calling my phone under multiple different phone numbers. I have contacted the three Credit Bureaus multiple times to dispute.
