I have requested mortgage assistance from XXXX and continue to be in the process 2 and a half years later. I am continuously being asked for the divorce decree, which my mistake was sending my originals to them. To this date I have not received my originals back, and am still being asked to provide my divorce decree. I ask them where is my divorce decree original documents and of course they do not know. Furthermore I have sent the documents that I am continuously asked for just so that at the end I end up being asked for further divorce documents. I am exhausted all I want to do is resume making my monthly mortgage payments. As a homeowner in California whom has given them the paperwork they ask of me over and over and over and over and over and over again it makes the difference.
