I have been disputing with Experian a collection account thats listed on my credit report. XXXX XXXX, XXXX shows an account in collections with them from a previous charged off XXXX XXXX XXXX account that was opened with them in XXXX. I have no knowledge of ever having an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX at that time and never heard of XXXX XXXX XXXX until I opened an account with them in XXXX XXXX. I first found out about this when reviewing a credit report as I am trying to purchase a house. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with an XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and was advised that she saw no accounts in their system under my SSN other than the one opened in XXXX. I disputed this in XX/XX/XXXX with all 3 bureaus providing the same information I am submitting here. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have removed this information within days of submitting that dispute. Experian refuses to remove this unfair, incorrect information from my report and is preventing me from qualifying for a mortgage. There reason for keeping it on is due to them saying the debt/account is validated. The only documents they can provide is statement copies. No signed contract or cardholder agreement.
