Collection agency add a derogatory mark in my XXXX credit report per XXXX XXXX, upon further research this account was transferred sold and I no longer responsible for this account debitor creditor did not verify this collection also, there was no written terms of communication, contract or signature for this accused debt at all.a bill with out signature does not validate this debt and anybody can send a bill and say is mines. According to the FCRA fair credit act, aldous collection agency has violated my rights as a Cosumer and Im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately..
