I received a call from XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX from someone who said he was from Receivable Management Services. I hung up on him. I XXXX the number and read they are an agency trying to collect on old debt. All my debt was recently dischargeded in bankruptcy and they should not be calling me. I have not received any debt validation from this company as required by law. I believe they trying to collect a debt they can not legally collect or this could be a scam. I don't know. I have not received a debt validation letter from them.
