1-I have been making extra payments to the principal and my mortgage lender doesn't apply it in the right time, they put the money on my mortgage loan at their convenience, 2-beside that, I requested the cancelation of the escrow payment in my mortgage bill due to they don't pay in the right time period or sometimes they make 2 payments to complete 1 of the property taxes, when they took my money already to make those payment, 3- after I was approved of the cancelation of the escrow payment in my bill, there was remaining money the mortgage lender was suppose to have refunded me so I can make the next property tax bill payment and since XX/XX/2021 Gregory Funding , has not sent me any money back. The total of {$410.00}. 4- I have been making many calls to Gregory Fundings customer service and nobody will help me, they alway say ... oh I will escale your case, oh I will call you back to follow up your case, and never happen, they don't care about the customers at all 5- On the bill statements they put the money on suspense-unapplied, so they don't put the money in the correct day of the mortgage payment date.
