I have contracted internet services with XXXX since XXXX. The services received were standard and exclusive for low-income families ( {$10.00} per month ). In XXXX, XXXX continued to bill my account for premium services that were not offered nor being used through their services ( XXXX ). I disputed this information but was unsuccessful in getting reimbursed. I continued to pay my bill online. After a while, my discontentment grew, and decided to cancel all services with this company ( XX/XX/XXXX ). The company failed to provide or mail any bill to the address on file after internet services were canceled. Instead, continued to send electronic bills to an app no longer active on my phone. Recently, a negative change in my credit report made my scores dropped and greatly impacted my ability to qualify for credit. The said XXXX account, had been sold to a collection agency, Credit Management. The account is showing on all credit bureaus as an active collection.
