I have sent multiple requests to All 3 Credit Bureaus via mail on multiple occasions. This request was to investigate items on my credit report and provide any and all documentation that the information was correct. I requested that the documentation be provided to me via mail. I have never been provided with any information. The dates this letter was sent are : XX/XX/2021 with no response, XX/XX/2021 with no response, XX/XX/XXXX with no response and finally my fourth attempt on XX/XX/2021 ( This attempt was sent certified mail ). I feel that after three written attempts and phone calls with no resolution I have no choice but to protect myself as a consumer. I have not received any of the validation information as requested in these letters. I have included below the letter from my Fourth letter requesting this information. I was reaching out again that this is my FOURTH WRITTEN REQUEST, despite my three previous written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. Please accept this final WRITTEN OFFER OF SETTLEMENT BEFORE LITIGATION as my attempt to amicably resolve your continued violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding your refusal to delete UNVERIFIED information from my consumer file. I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recovery of all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 if the UNVERIFIED items below are not deleted immediately. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors ' documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. Your results from your first + second investigation, stated in writing that you " verified '' that these items are being reported correctly. Who verified these accounts?? I have asked but not received any original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) required under Section609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore, you have failed to provide the method of verification required under Section611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to " ... promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. '' I hate to bring the law into this but I need my information to be reporting correct on my report, it is my right. I asked you to delete anything that is not 100 percent accurate. I had a lot of inconsistencies between the 3 bureaus, below I have listed them out for you again XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Installment Credit Card Account Number XXXX Please investigate if every piece of information is correct on the reported late payment history.
