XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX phone # XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX has reported a collection notice on my Transunion Credit report in the amount of {$6000.00}. The collection has been reported as a past due am ount. Which is not reflected on my credit history anywhere EVER. I don't know who this company is and have never done business with them. This company does not have any contract with my signature. Despite this, Transunion has done nothing to fix this false, inaccurate information being reported. They refuse to properly investigate the full accuracy of the information being reported as the law requires them to. I want this false reporting removed and Transunion held accountable for allowing this bogus creditor to put this on my credit report while doing nothing about it.
