Hello Sir / Ma'am, Please be advised that this is my SECOND attempt, seeking your assistance in this matter. I sent you certified mail back on XX/XX/XXXX regarding no correspondence from the credit bureaus dealing with a complaint about accounts that haven't been verified. I simply requested that the bureaus show proof that the debt belonged to me. All 3 bureaus had already exceeded the 30 day allotted period when I reached out to your company on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response from Equifax and XXXX stating that the debt had been verified. The response letters from 2 of the bureaus, which I will upload were dated : Equifax XX/XX/2021 XXXX : XX/XX/2021 XXXX : No response as of the date of this writing As previously stated the date of XX/XX/XXXX was in excess of the 30 day mandate by at least a week.
