I sent two debt validation letters to Transfinacial in regards to two medical collections that are reporting on my credit report. Instead the company sent me a detailed list of my medical records which I know is a direct violation of HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information. Please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activities immediately.
