on XX/XX/XXXX I could no longer afford the monthly payment I called and they refused to work with me at any level. They harassed me by phone and emails they called at least 6-7 times a day and approxmentaly 7-8 emails a day if not more. On XX/XX/XXXX I gave them a cease and desist letter which they have ignored. on XX/XX/XXXX they turned this account over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in new York I gave them a copy of the cease and desist letter and warned them of what could happen and now they gave my information to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX they continue to ignore the cease and desist letter I wrote another cease and desist letter XX/XX/XXXX warning them of the legal ratifications I will take.
