Im writing to you because I noticed that my most recent credit report contains a late payment ( s ) reported for the above listed account. I want you to know that I understand, and have great respect for my financial obligations. Due to Covid-19 forbearance program regulations it states that no late payments are to be reported to the financial credit bureau during the time of covids forbearance period. I have late payments on my report I want removed because I am a victim of covid 19 and legally you should not have put them there. Aside from this unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance, you will see that I have an excellent payment record. In the near future, I am planning on applying for a mortgage and it has come to my attention that the missed payments on my credit reports could hurt my ability to qualify. In my heart, I know that the missed payment doesnt reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debts. I am humbly asking for you to give me a second chance by making a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payments from my credit reports. As I understand it, you can do so in just a few minutes of your time. I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you for your consideration. XXXX XXXX
