Once evicted from XXXX Apartment Homes ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in XXXX my final statement/cost owed was {$2800.00}. XXXX XXXX should have paid that to XXXX but now National Credit Systems is reporting to all credit bureaus that I still owe {$2800.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which is untrue because my XXXX XXXX covered upto {$3000.00}. Also, NCS stated in a letter after an my attorney disputed information in XXXX, that the original creditor is Sure Deposit and not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. - attached I have attached my final statement from XXXX and also XXXX XXXX information and the eviction dismissal with no fines owed.
