I received a couple mailed notices and emails stating that they required a physical address to not have my account restricted. Today XX/XX/2021 I contact Capital One only to be xferred 5 times and told without them being able to get a copy of my drivers license they would not be able to update my address or phone number. I will not provide them with my drivers license as they already have all of my personal information. I was not able to use my card at the store as it declined due to me not giving them the physical address that they state is a requirement of the federal government.
