Ive been having problems with XXXX XXXX since my first purchase. I use a specific credit card for my payments just so there will be no issue. But when they try to take the money they say its declining and not allowing them the payment. This happened last month in XXXX, but I called with the same credit card and the payment went through. Next month same problem, but this time they reported me 30 days late to the credit bureaus. They have been doing this to me since I opened the account with no resolution. My credit is being damage because their system is not working. When they took my payment last month they said it was XXXX payment. Now ima 6 days late on XXXX and now they are saying Im 35 days late. I paid in XXXX the representative that took my payment said thats what I owed for that month and now Im being reported late I really dont understand whats going on.
