I contacted Transunion and spoke with XXXX XXXX. I was treated as a criminal and not a consumer. They treated my call as frivolous. I try to be proactive and get notified when my credit file is being used and I don't feel supported by the credit bureaus. I have a police report number in the letter I attached to this complaint as well as a complete Identity Theft report. The inquiries listed were not authorized by me. I did my due diligence and contacted the creditors directly. They could not validate the information. They could not help me find out who apply by giving an IP address etc. They were not helpful.
