In the month of XX/XX/XXXX, my auto loan was reported to have one 30 day late payment to all credit bureaus. This is not valid as the account has been in excellent standing since XXXX. I reached out to the lender and they advised they would correct this before the next reporting date in XXXX, as it was a banking error. I reviewed my credit report today on XX/XX/XXXX and could see the issue has not been resolved and my credit is being affected thus preventing a refinance on my home to provide for my family. This is causing dire stress on myself and I need your help to rectify this matter immediately. My payment for XX/XX/XXXX has reported on time and the creditor is not responding anymore to my written letters and when we call, I am always placed on hold and the call gets disconnected. I pay roughly {$1200.00} a month for my auto loan so this is a surprise. My husband submitted a complaint yesterday with the CFPB and since we are joint on the account, it is also affecting my credit because of their banking error reporting methods.
