I checked my credit and ERC was reporting an XXXX XXXX charge for {$54.00}. This never should have been on my report, I was and still am a XXXX XXXX customer. So I stupidly paid this error, thinking it would be removed off my credit. No, after disputing it to XXXX & XXXX and mailing a direct letter to ERC, no response at all? As you can see, XXXX did not do an investigation, there is not XB dispute code? Someone or both have committed a FDCPA violation!
