CKS PRIME WAS PAID IN FULL ACCORDING TO THEIR OFFER AND STILL SHOWED AS BEING OPEN. I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR SUB COMPANY, DEBTSY AND THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING THIS ACCOUNT WAS PAID AND ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION MUST BE WITH CKS PRIME. THEY ARE STILL SHOWING AS OPEN ON ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS IMPACTING MY ABILITY TO GET A MORTGAGE. THIS NEEDS TO BE MOVED SO MY CREDIT SCORE WILL INCREASE. THIS IS NOW THE XXXX TIME I HAVE REACHED OUT AND STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. THIS ACCOUNT WAS OPENED UNDER MY MARRIAGE NAME OF XXXX FOR WHICH I NO LONGER GO BY. * I HAVE FORWARD COPIES OF MY BANK STATMENT AND CHECK CLEARNING TO SHOW THE DEBT HAS BEEN PAID TO DEBTSY AND THEY CONTACTED CKS PRIME. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY HANDLERS WITH COLLECTION ACTIVITY AS THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING.
