I'm to understand that XXXX XXXX XXXX operates XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've been battling with XXXX XXXX XXXX and the company they sold the account to before bankruptcy, XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are reporting inaccurate information to my Experian Credit Report. I've asked repeatedly for this to be fixed or for the account to be deleted. XXXX XXXX XXXX has contradicted themselves by saying it is XXXX XXXX XXXX who is to fix issues, but when told that XXXX XXXX XXXX states it is XXXX XXXX XXXX that is reporting the inaccuracies, XXXX XXXX XXXX changed their story while continuing to refuse to fix the issue. By refusing to comply with the FCRA and fix the inaccuracies or delete them, my consumer rights are being violated and violations of the FCRA are being committed. This needs to be resolved. Predatory companies like this, should be put out of business when they don't abide by the law.
