Failed to acknowledge notice within 5 days and failed to report as disputed and also failed to remove for obvious inaccuracy ( high balance reported as lower that the balance ) XX/XX/2021 -- -XX/XX/XXXX and beyond : EXPERIAN continued to report inaccurate information after being notified that XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX reports that an account shown as a charge-off/collection has a HIGH BALANCE that is LOWER than the BALANCE, which is impossible. Also, although Experian was notified of this dispute, it has failed for nearly seven months to report it as disputed. EXPERIAN has repeatedly violated the FCRA regarding the XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX entries since XX/XX/XXXX.
