Consumer Narrative

Set up a payment plan with XXXX XXXX which they have started to receive payments and they still decided to report the collection to the credit bureaus, which also states I owe the full amount which would be INCORRECT if a payment plan was setup. They are double dipping at this point. They are reporting a loss of an amount to the IRS but also collecting that EXACT same amount from me via a payment plan. When I called the response was simply sorry. This is not acceptable.
