On Today XXXX XXXX I noticed on my credit file that Vance & Huffman placed a collection on my Credit file .Vance & Huffman has violated my consumer right Pursuant to 15 usc 1692 a ) '' Communication '' means the conveying of information regarding a debt directly or indirectly to any person through any medium in this specific case you Vance & Huffman used ( XXXX credit reporting Agency ) to communicate to me indirectly with me a consumer who is defined under Pursuant to 15 usc 1692a ( 3 ) as any natural person allegedly obligated to pay any debt. You Vance & Huffman are also in violation of USC 15 1692b ( 2 ) which states you may not state that I a consumer owes any debt. You are also in violation 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( A ) by giving false representation of the amount owed to you or deceptive means to attempt to collect any debt Pursuant to USC 15 1692e ( 10 ) Vance & Huffman has also violated my consumer right Pursuant to USC 15 1692 e ( 9 ) articulates that the use of any written communication which you creat false impression as to its source, authorization, or approval as Vance and Huffman is stating that someone other then me a consumer in fact, is the creditor when I am the creditor Pursuant to USC 15 1692a ( 4 ) Vance and Huffman pursuant to USC15 1692 a ( b ) are in violation as I never gave my Personal information directly.
