My complaint is, I have contacted All 3 Bureaus, XXXX has removed ALL of the accounts in question. While Experian and XXXX have both been contacted several times via phone online, and via first class mailings on many occasions in regards to 3 accounts that were placed in my name that did not belong to me that I did not authorize or was not familiar with. Since learning of these inaccuracies, Ive followed the proper protocol several times, to no avail. Im only met with the same results regardless and ALL of the accounts in question, UPDATED Inaccurately, regardless of my rights and Im beyond disgusted and exhausted. This is my personal profile & the fact that these accounts are reporting such derogatory remarks, makes things look very bad on my behalf when referencing my credit report. I am currently in the process of trying to purchase a home, as I am a XXXX mother of XXXX. The unprofessionalism and neglectfulness That has been displayed in my case is VERY DISHEARTENING! When Im ACTUALLY REALLY APPLYING this time for credit and the negative accounts make it difficult when theyre checking credit, and I have negative accounts that dont belong to me reporting inaccurately. I have disputed and reach out to XXXX several times and they say the same thing over and over, The companies either need to send proof or validation or it needs to be removed. This account does not belong to me. I've done the FTC report. Ive called and chatted via online with their reps, Ive been told they have yet to receive the proper documentation, Ive had cases where reps have verified that they have received the documents and are in the process of handling it. Several times Ive been told that I should see an update which never happens. The last rep I talked to name was XXXX and he stated he was in special accounts department, I havent had any luck with this. These collections have been reported as having been owed with past due balances, These companies are unknown and do not possess a valid signed contract with my signature. The following accounts that are reporting are : I am asking that they either provide Accurate proof or remove Any and ALL negative and inaccurate, & Non account holding collections Immediately.
