I was notified by the XXXX of Equifax response to my complaint regarding their FCRA violation regarding refusing to remove Bankruptcy that is unable to be properly verified. They continue to state they verify through third party. However, I have uploaded and sent them letters from the Courthouse and Pacer stating that neither report to third parties or to the credit bureaus. Each entity also stated they do not verify the information. Therefore, if neither entity verified the supposed bankruptcy and neither report supposed bankruptcy to third parties or to credit bureaus Equifax is in direct violation of FCRA and my consumer rights. I have subsequently filed an FTC report against Equifax regarding this issue.
