Please note I established an account with Gemini XXXX XXXX ( https : //www.gemini.com/ ) on XX/XX/XXXX of this year. Once the account was setup I have not received any confirmation emails and after further checking I realized I must have misspelled my email address at the time of registration. The first time I contacted Gemini was one day after registration on XX/XX/XXXX asking how the issue could be resolved. Since XX/XX/XXXX it has been back and forth with Gemini requesting I send a message from the email I registered with, which I obviously can not due since I misspelled the email initially. I have offered to confirm my identity in numerous other ways and at this point all I'm requesting is for Gemini to delete all my personal information ( substantial amount including my social security number ) I had to provide at registration from their system. Please note I have all email exchanges between me and Gemini customer service which I could provide if needed. Thank you! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
