I have disputed debts on my experian and XXXX report. I have Items on there that is fraud. I submitted a dispute through the credit reporting company as fraud. They said company came back said it was me, with no proof. So I write each company beyond 30days ago. I got no response. Nothing showing I owed the money that the account belongs to me no documents with my ID or anything. I send this to experian and they start a new investigation. Per the law creditors have 30 days to respond otherwise delete. I sent tracking numbers and everything to them. They are not following the process. They said they do not have to re.ove it. That it's not fraud cause they have my DOB, SSN, YEA CAUSE ITS FRUAD. I would like these accounts removed these companies held responsible and ASAP
