Consumer Narrative

Greetings, I am sending this email in regards to the unfair acts from the credit bureaus ( all three ). I have made several complaints with each bureau, the consumer financial department and FTC. FTC was actually the organization that directed me to put in a complaint here. This is all new to me so please bare with me. I analyzed and repaired my own credit and was successful enough to get the results I wanted but not fortunate enough to get the score that's earned. I have been working delegently on my credit report for about 3 years now. I understand what was needed to repair my credit and I did so, even if it required me to pay off the debt ; I did what was necessary. I was very excited about the process and the possible outcome until I realize that my score hasn't moved much since I started ; That's when the disappointment came. Within 3 years, my score would go up and then drop again. I know you probably believe I am a person that has alot of collections, because I apply for credit and never pay the creditors back. Nope! I can't even get a department store credit card, because I am set back by the credit bureaus. I will need cash for everything and how easy is that to come by living in poverty. And even still, I don't make irrational decisions like that. I've noticed in the past 3 years, the credit bureaus will for example : take my score from 617 to 598 then take it back to 617. It will never move beyond those numbers even with good standing accounts. Something doesn't seems right. I've open up two secured credit accounts with my bank about 8 monthd ago. Accounts are paid on time and when reported to the credit bureaus, they will not raise my score. I've even opened up an additional secured loan to help me and nothing. My score remains the same which is unfair. I have no delinquents or collections and my credit score looks bad. My report doesn't reflect my score and this is holding me back tremendously. All I am asking is that my case can please be heard and reviewed. I did all I can do on my end to better my credit report and I feel stuck in a limbo. I believe there is an error or some type of bias going on, because I can't seem to understand this process and how consumer 's aren't being treated fairly by the credit bureaus. This is probably happening to alot of consumers, but noone isn't noticing, so they can't complain. I always observe my report, especially because I'm working on it and I have noticed an unfair pattern that I am very disappointed about. Can someone please assist or point me into the right direction? Thanks in advance. XXXX XXXX XXXX
