First to start I am submitting this complaint on behalf of MYSELF. My name is XXXX XXXX. I recently submitted a dispute via the mobile app for XXXX XXXX, and Equifax disputing items that per the FCRA should be excluded from the consumer report as well these companies did not have my written consent to report any information. Additionally, I should not have any items on my consumer report as 1. I did not give any consent to harbor my personal identifying information without my consent or the judgement of a competent court of jurisdiction. Having my personal information is a violation of the Privacy Act as well as 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ). Also reporting to credit reporting agencies is voluntary per the CFPB. To further per 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ), I have mailed my written instructions to all consumer reporting agencies, certified mail return receipt, regarding my consumer report. I have been injured by the errors and the violations against me, a federally protected consumer as it relates to my consumer report as the errors have cause me to be denied for consumer credit transactions. Additionally, XXXX is in violation of 15USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( b ) for including items that should be excluded from my consumer report. Again I am Sending this complaint on my own behalf. This is NOT a third party complaint
