I recently attempted to apply for a Mortgage refinance with NFCU. When applying NFCU had a screen out process without allowing me to actually apply for a mortgage refinance. I was screen out of a mortgage refinance without ever having applied nor be given a fair opportunity to apply. I feel this is discriminatory.
