Good afternoon my name is XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2021, I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown information on my credit report. It has been over 45 days and I have not received a response to my disputes and I feel as though Im being ignored, and my issues are being promptly resolved. Section 611 ( a ), it plainly states that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove the items from my credit report and it has been over 60 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be removed or I will be forced to seek litigation. My information was also impacted by the Equifax breach and the target breach and may have gotten into the hands of the wrong people. Inaccuracies on my credit report have cost me thousands this year and can not be ignored in this manner.
