I made a reservation at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 for {$350.00} that was to hold the reservation. The {$350.00} would be applied toward the bill ( I have the message to prove this ). The {$350.00} was not applied towards my bill. I used my credit card twice at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 ; one for the amount of {$640.00} and again for the amount of {$370.00}. The {$350.00} should have been applied to either of those transactions but it was not. When I asked the server about it, I was told the {$350.00} would be returned to my credit card instead. The funds were never returned. I have tried contacting XXXX XXXX several times but I get no response. A dispute for {$350.00} was submitted to Navy Federal Credit Union. The dispute was closed by Navy Federal Credit Union without returning the funds. I have all the documentation to prove the {$350.00} should have been applied to my bill but wasn't and I am not able to reach XXXX XXXX.
