Hi on XX/XX/2021 I was approved for a Walmart Capital One Credit card to be used only at Walmart. After applying for the credit in the terms it stated that I could immediately use my card. I tried to make a purchase of {$88.00} on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 Both orders Were Canceled immediately. Due to the Verification System Process. I called to ask what the Problem was in order to make purchases and Was told that their System automatically does this. That my available Credit was Placed on Hold and that I had to wait 1 to 5 Business days for the credit to become available. Although my transactions were canceled from their end online. I called back to express my frustration and Experience as a New Cardmember and Consumer. And Stated that It should not be so difficult to make a New purchase and that No holds should be placed on transactions that were automatically canceled after I Placed an order. A representative issued me two {$10.00} promotions to use for future orders. Yet my problem still isnt resolved. I called capital One to check my balance and availability of credit and its stating Zero when only One transaction went through for the amount of {$110.00} My other credit is Still on hold and Im unable to use what I need for a gift and my household. I also called to put in a dispute because the information on the automated System of Capital one is inaccurate. Its stating that my credit limit was used and its Not. Only one Transaction took place
