My identity was apparently used fraudulently to obtain services and credit that I did not have knowledge of or authorize. I have not been contacted ever to apply for credit, authorize credit or discuss the credit by the company, bank or load provider or collections agency. Additionally, the only inquiry to my credit reports has been by collections agencies. The original vendors never made inquiry before granting fraudulent credit in my name. Yet, without any knowledge of these transactions or involvement with obtaining credit, the collections agencies add collections status to my report without contacting me in any fashion. Furthermore, the original collection agency was XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I disputed this in XXXX with XXXX It was removed. Now, another agency, MRS XXXX, is claiming the same debt ( same amount and same original creditor ) and will not remove the claim. I thought this practice was illegal. I want this to be removed once and for all.
