Consumer Narrative
Tesla Energy Inc was contracted to install a solar system and powerwall in XX/XX/XXXX. This was installed in XX/XX/XXXX after multiple reschedules. To this date, they've had 2 failed inspections and have made zero attempts at keeping me in the loop on their progress towards a completed and approved project. Since XXXX, they have made weekly phone calls to collect debt because they marked the project complete in the system. In fact, they marked the project complete in the system in advance of the first inspection. I have verified with the XXXX county inspector these facts and he has not received any updates or progress towards a signed system.
