We had XXXX XXXX XXXX phone service at home for years, but it would stop working frequently. We notified XXXX XXXX XXXX about this problem on several occasions, but it would keep occurring and XXXX XXXX XXXX never fixed the issue. We ceased paying our XXXX XXXX XXXX bill, because we had no service, and now they have turned it over to a collection agency. We informed the collection agency, Credence Resource Management, to stop all communications and that we were disputing the charges. Credence Resource Management has ignored our request and continues to call my place of employment on a daily basis. They also refuse to identify who they are or the nature of their communication. Credence Resource Management, we believe, is in violation of federal and state ( Texas ) law when it comes to debt collection.
