I notified The company prior to XX/XX/XXXX of this year of financial hardship and then afterwords on XX/XX/XXXX I let them know of my unemployment that began that time and opted to take the unemployment insurance and I paid for on my loan. They did not process the unemployment insurance paperwork correctly ; so I reached out to them using several different methods and finally filing a dispute with you just previously. They contacted me and seemed like they were finally correcting the situation however upon checking my credit score and report again they have not done so, or they have changed it and then went back and reported it as a delinquent account after the fact.
