Obtained 1 year interest free loan. The interest free period allegedly expired on XX/XX/XXXX the last day of my billing cycle ( XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX ) and my payment is not due until XX/XX/XXXX. I called Wells Fargo in an effort to remedy the situation, ask for the interest to be removed, and advised that I could pay the remaining balance due on the loan so that I could close out the account. I was advised since the interest free loan cycle allegedly expired on XX/XX/XXXX ( the last day of my billing cycle ) all they could do was offer a reduction in the interest amount by about {$200.00} - whereas the full amount of interested charged was {$890.00}.
