I HAVE OVER 50 ITEMS ( VIDEOS, Calls, emails, and pictures ) Of proof PLEASE DO ME THE FAVOR AND TAKE ME TO COURT PLEASE!!!!! A complaint with the XXXX is filled, numerous pictures and emails ( some attached ) proving the amount is completely wrong/ the balance is XXXX. I waited over months for them to fix the itemized document and they ignored me then sent the account to collections I I okayed them taking me to court ( bluffing to scare me into paying ) they breached the contract in numerous ways and know it that's why they quickly handed the debit off and literally refuse to speak to me now. No calls or emails received and when I do reach out I am hung up on as recently as XX/XX/2021. ( Proof in emails attached as well ) 1.the pipes where ruined while I was in the building and even after the fact ( sign telling tenants don't run the water until further notice on the door ) 2.I paid my last, first month 's and deposit and got non of it back 3. Proof in emails that I gave over 3 months notice!!! And even asked to stay of they would just fix the issue that breached our contract and they didn't 4.Pictures attached of how clean and fixed up I left the apparent and videos were emailed and saved. Showing nothing needed repair 5.I advised and they knew as seen in the text between me and the leaser that I was gone hints the electricity would be off and they said I " turned the switch in the basement off '' causing ( already damaged pipes ) more damage which is a LIE.they just wanted a discount for their repairs Everything about this is a scam look at the XXXX reviews from real people and not bots THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY XXXX DISCRIMINATING unprofessional people. That don't even call you or contact you back
