XXXX charged my husbands bank account twice after being informed that he passed away then charged me XXXX dollars for a charge back. Called the company informed them what they did was wrong they told me it was my banks fault. I called my bank they had no transactions like that other then denying the charge but never charged me a fee. XXXX failed to inform me that the insurance policy was canceled due to my husbands passing instead sent emails to my deceased husbands email which o had no access to. Sent me a letter 30 days later telling me that they are charging me XXXX dollars because I had no insurance for 30 days. Contacted the company yet again told them and they said it was the insurance companies fault and not theirs and that I was out of luck. XXXX filed for bankruptcy that doesnt include my house but I need a reaffirmation agreement and they refuse to provide me with one unless I refinance or affirm. I told them I would refinance they said I was not eligible because of bankruptcy and I said well let me reaffirm they told me it will take 9-12 months. They told my lawyer I need to assume the loan or surrender my house immediately. I have not missed any payments. Now they refuse to return or call myself or my bankruptcy attorney back. After several calls they just give me the run around and claim my loan is not found.
