XX/XX/XXXX I filed a dispute with Penn Credit Corp because this account is not a collection or a charge/off and older than XXXX. It was accurate and removed from my credit. This account continues to be sold and added back to my credit with a different collection agency and dates of service which drops my credit score drastically. This account should not be on my credit this account keeps being sold through peopled gas since they can not file under an old account. This account is past the limitations to be on my credit. They keep selling and adding to my credit. I filed against peoples gas first XX/XX/XXXX this was removed then now added again.
