I contacted this company to start a credit card credit line to help establish and build my credit after a very many problems I close the credit line and when I accept it to close a credit card the company refused to initially close the credit card and now they are still actively charging you interest on a credit card that is closed down but they refused to open back up so that I can gain access to successfully restore the card and it's a good active standing having to pay interest on a car that I have no way of tracking or activating is absolutely absurd especially being at this was a credit card that was supposed to help build my credit yet at this point it is purposely tearing down my credit. I would add they are adding late fees and interests without providing me any direct statements of such as well. I dont know how they can charge fees that are more than what the principle balance is.
