Please help as this situation has really plagued my life for the worst. These malicious bureaus must be held accountable for all the wrongs that they place onto the american public. I will trust you take this formal complaint seriously and enforce these acts to the fullest extent of the LAW. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unverifiable and misleading accounts on my consumers report. To this exact date over sixty days later i have not yet received a timely response yet. I feel as if i am being taken advantage of as a consumer of this great country and my disputes are being ignored. Section 611 ( a ) it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within thirty days gives a legitimate reason to IMMEDIATLY delete and remove these items from my consumers report. It has been over sixty days so these should be deleted PROMPTLY. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or i will be forced to file litigation due to the stress this misleading reporting has caused me. My information and personal information was also affected by XXXX Data Breach that took place in XXXX and may have gotten into the wrong hands. I AM THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS COMPLAINT AND ONLY ME. PLEASE DONT RESPOND SAYING OTHERWISE.
