On XXXX, services were rendered to me for preventive care and screenings. During that time I had healthcare coverage through XXXX XXXX and the visit was free because they were covered under the Affordable Care Act. I do not recall receiving a bill from XXXX XXXX. In XXXX of 2021, I saw a negative report on my credit from a company called Radius Global Solutions in regards to a collections account in the amount of {$630.00}. I disputed it because I thought it was a result of identity theft, because I was unaware I owed any medical debts. They reported back to the credit bureaus that the debt was accurate. I disputed the report two more times after that and they continued to report the debt was accurate. After the 3rd dispute, Radius Global Solutions mailed me a letter on XXXX XXXX from the original company ( XXXX XXXX ) stating it was the final notice and the amount owed was {$630.00}. I found paperwork from my insurance company stating that the claim for those services were paid and that I did not owe anything to XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I replied by mailing them a letter stating that the debt they were reporting was false information and asked them discontinue reporting the false information to the credit bureaus. I also included proof of my insurance stating they already paid for the services due to it being free because of the Affordable Care Act. As of today XX/XX/2021, I received a notification from XXXX stating that Radius Global Solutions has once again reported the debt as valid and has decided not to remove the collections account from my credit report despite the evidence that was provided that the debt was not owed.
