XX/XX/2021, I requested XXXX XXXX, by Certified US Mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Equifax by Certified US Mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX by Certified US Mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021, to please send me copies of the documents that they have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of certain accounts they are reporting on my credit report. I informed them that Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that they disclose to me all the documents that they have recorded and retained in their files, at the time of this request, concerning the above accounts that they are reporting in my credit report. I requested that they please do not respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified, instead, please send me copies of the documents that they have in their files that were used to verify them. As of this date, more than 30 days have passed and they have failed to comply.
