On Tuesday XX/XX/21 at XXXX XXXX I received a balance alert for my Wells Fargo checking account. I looked at my account and saw that my debit card had a fraudulent charge of {$100.00} paid to XXXX XXXX. I immediately reported the fraudulent charge and cancelled my debit card. While waiting for my claim to be investigated I chose to move my money into my personal savings account for security. On XX/XX/21 I went to the drive through at the Wells Fargo in XXXX WA, XXXX to withdraw cash from my savings account using my state issued Driver License. After waiting several minutes the teller informed me that she had given my ID to someone in another vehicle by mistake. I immediately went into the lobby to speak to the branch Manager. The Manager, XXXX, did not seem too concerned that her employee had given my personal identification to an unidentified person. I find this to be a gross breach of security at an institution that is supposed to protect finances and identity. I am currently still waiting for my fraudulent debit charge to be refunded and then will completely close my accounts with Wells Fargo.
